About the role:

As a Microsoft Dynamics/BusinessApps Senior Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to define and implement business solutions utilizing the Dynamics 365 platform. You will provide expert guidance, support all project phases, and leverage your comprehensive knowledge of the broader Microsoft Power Platform.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Advising client organizations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities and functions;

• Conducting requirements gathering and analysis with clients;

• Designing optimized business processes for our clients;

• Understanding and recommending configurations and customizations in Dynamics 365, aiming to minimize customizations;

• Supporting clients throughout all phases of a Dynamics 365 project, from requirements analysis to roll out;

• Applying strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and SCRUM;

• Demonstrating expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, development, and application integration, including customer portal solutions;

• Maintaining up-to-date certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform.

We are looking for: 

• You have completed your studies in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, or a similar field;

• You have already gained practical experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms;

• Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile;

• Ability to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365;

• Working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Office, Azure, and application architecture is a plus;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Sales & related services;

• Experience in data integration and data migration;

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language;

• You are willing to travel nationally and internationally to advise our clients on-site optimally;

• Ideal Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or any of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 role-specific Associates.
