About the role:

As a Microsoft Modern Work Senior Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to define and implement business solutions using the Microsoft Modern Work platform. You will provide expert advice, support all project phases, and leverage your knowledge of the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Platform.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Advising client organizations on Microsoft Modern Work capabilities and functions;

• Conducting requirements gathering and analysis with clients;

• Designing optimized business processes for our clients;

• Understanding and recommending configurations and customizations in Microsoft Modern Work solutions, aiming to minimize customizations;

• Supporting clients throughout all phases of a Microsoft Modern Work project, from requirements analysis to roll-out;

• Applying strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and SCRUM;

• Demonstrating expertise in Microsoft 365 configuration, development, and application integration, including Microsoft Teams solutions;

• Maintaining up-to-date certifications in Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

We are looking for: 

• You have completed your studies in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, or a similar field;

• Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile;

• You have already gained practical experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft 365 or similar platforms;

• Ability to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of Microsoft 365 Solutions;

• Working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as OnPremise Services, Dynamics 365, and application architecture is a plus;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI/ML & related services;

• Experience in data integration and data migration;

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language;

• You are willing to travel nationally and internationally to advise our clients on-site optimally;

• Ideal Certification: Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert or similar.
