About the role:
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our dynamic team in Romania. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and leading Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients. You will be expected to have broad and deep technical skills and experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.
Primary Functions and Tasks:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central;
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
- Design & document flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, to meet the client's objectives;
- Serve as the bridge between the functional analysts and the technical developers to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches, and implementation;
- Communicate your vision and designs to others, produce documented designs, and present your solution and its benefits;
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, ensuring they meet the quality standards and best practices;
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to other developers and consultants on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team;
- Understanding and recommending configurations and customizations in Dynamics 365 Business Central, aiming to minimize customizations;
- A deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications, as well as proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services, is required.
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience and 2-3 years of experience in a technical lead role;
- Preferably, 3+ full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar systems;
- Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar platforms;
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification;
- Working experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse Management;
- Ability to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Power Platform;
- Working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as SharePoint, M365, Azure, and application architecture;
- Experience in data integration with other systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft SQL;
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services is a plus;
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C/AL, AL, C#, and JavaScript;
- Working experience with data interchange using JSON and XML;
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language;
- Strong consulting skills, including influencing abilities, leadership, and facilitation skills;
